At GrowAbility, we believe everyone deserves the chance to learn, grow, and thrive — no matter their ability. We support students and NDIS participants through personalised learning, real-world skills, and genuine care.

We work with students from Primary to Year 12, including VCE, following the Victorian Curriculum Standards Framework to ensure high-quality, structured education. Each student receives an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) tailored to their goals, learning style, and support needs.

Our caring educators are passionate about helping every learner succeed. All tutors and trainers hold Working with Children Checks or Victorian Institute of Teaching registrations, and every team member is carefully vetted to ensure they provide safe, patient, and professional support to those in need.

At GrowAbility, we assist people living with different disabilities by offering academic tutoring in Maths and English and training programs that develop practical life and employment skills. Our goal is to help individuals gain independence and confidence — whether through mastering schoolwork, preparing for a job, or learning to use technology effectively.

We also offer hands-on programs that build digital literacy and creative skills, including:

Basic computer use and software skills

Video creation and editing

Marketing and social media content

Search engine optimisation (SEO)

Understanding and using tracking pixels

Freelance and remote work readiness

Our programs help participants gain the confidence to complete small independent projects, build employable skills, or even start working from home. Everything we do is guided by empathy, inclusion, and the belief that with the right support, every person can achieve meaningful growth and success.
